The spot pilates gym is a contemporary space, harmonious and full of natural light, focused on the physical and mental well-being of all who come to us.
The Pilates studio is composed of the main equipment developed by Joseph Pilates, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda chair, Ladder Barel, Wall unit and even small complementary equipment.
Pilates classes are divided between small groups and fully customized individual classes.

Pilates is for any age. It is especially suitable for people who are sedentary or who have not practiced any type of physical activity for a long time. It is also particularly suitable for sportsmen and high competition athletes. Because? Because it's an excellent exercise to stretch and relax muscles that are tired from intense physical exercise. Most importantly, strengthen yourself internally to the point of avoiding injury.

In order to be integrated in group, you must have at least one private class so that we can, together, assess your level and needs. Only then can we add you to a group.

You will be in a small group with a maximum of 10 people, in which the training will be projected according to the level of the group

If you never practice Pilates before, we suggest you to book firstly a private class.
